VOLUNTEER

As a FLUFFY FRIENDS volunteer, you will have the opportunity to care for our shelter animals. Everything from taking the dogs on walks around the neighborhood, playing tug-of-war and cuddling with them in their kennels.

New volunteers will attend 3-5 hour trainings spread over the course of several weeks. Once training is complete, we encourage volunteers to volunteer at least 1 hour a month over a six month period.

Your donation whether large or small will make a difference in the lives of our shelter dogs! We are a non-profit and your donations will be allocated to the following:

• Toys and treats
• Life saving medical procedures
• Living Space Enrichment (dog beds, kongs & puzzle toys)
• Supplies for foster families

FOSTER

As a FLUFFY FRIENDS foster parent, you will have the opportunity to provide a safe haven for shelter dogs. We will provide resources for dog food, veterinary care and basic supplies for your foster baby to thrive in home life.

Our foster program is the backbone of our shelter because it gives dogs who may not be able to succeed in a shelter lifestyle time to heal from injuries, decompress and experience the comforts of home life.
